Harvey Mordka Realty first opened its doors in March of 1975 in Tucson, Arizona with the goal to serve the Tucson Community with all of its Real Estate needs whether it was purchasing a small home or selling a large commercial or industrial property. 36 years later we have done just that. Harvey Mordka Realty prides itself on the Reputation we have built with our clients, peers, colleagues and community. Harvey Mordka Realty uses these relationships we have made with other Real Estate Companies, Title Companies, Mortgage Companies, Appraisers, Home Inspectors, and many other companies to guarantee the best experience for our clients. Harvey Mordka: Owner, Designated Broker
Tucsonan since 1946, graduate of Amphi High School (’61) and graduate of the University of Arizona (’65) there is not much about Tucson Harvey does not know about. Harvey started in Real Estate at age 19 buying, selling, and managing properties for his family business before leaving Tucson to serve in the United States Navy. Upon his return to Tucson in 1971 he obtained his Real Estate License and started work for A.P. Brown Realty and soon took a manager job with Richard Huff Realty. Upon obtaining his Brokers license in 1975 Harvey opened Harvey Mordka Realty that March. 36 years later the Company is still growing. Past Director & Officer of the Tucson Association of Realtors, Past Director & Officer of Multiple Listing Service, Past President of Institute for Better Education, Past Director for Institute of Better Education, Navy League Past President, and former member and member of multiple other non-profit organizations Harvey is a strong advocate in giving back to his community. Harvey has been married 32 years to Sandra Mordka, and has two adult children Adam with Wife Katy and William.
William Mordka: Associate Broker
Native Tucsonan who is proud to be one & who truly loves the Old Pueblo and loves taking advantage of everything this City has to offer. Graduate of Desert Christian High School (’01) and a Graduate of the University of Arizona (’06) with a degree in Communications and Business Management joined Harvey Mordka Realty in 2002. Licensed to sell Real Estate in Arizona since 2003 and received Arizona Brokers License in 2006. Active member in the community volunteering for multiple local non-profits, supporting University of Arizona Athletics, and also serving on multiple committees for the Tucson Association of Realtors.
